However NCsoft  officially licensed City of Heroes and its expansions, free to play and funded by donations. Below you will find information on getting City of Heroes Rebirth up and running in no time. First go to their website https://www.cityofheroesrebirth.com/public/create First you will want to click on download the game with Sweet Tea City of Heroes installer. While this is downloading below start creating an account. Once download open sweetteainstaller.exe and install remember where you have installed this.
